CHI Research & Innovation Day 2026 took place on the 28th of May 2026 at the Trinity Translational Medicine Institute. The event included oral & poster presentations across a range of disciplines and keynote addresses and a panel discussion on Precision Health in Paediatrics. Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement was incorporated into the event. It was open to representatives from paediatric medical charities & advocacy groups, and patient & family representatives.
The CHI Youth Advisory Council, members of the CHI & In4Kids Young Persons Advisory Group, parent PPI contributors, and Children's Health Foundation representatives contributed to the abstract review process to select oral and poster presentations. The event featured oral and poster presentations from parent PPI contributors and members of CHI & In4Kids Young Person Advisory Group. Members of the CHI & In4Kids Young Person Advisory Group acted as judges for the Best Oral and Poster Presentation Prize competitions.
