St. Michael's C is a 9-bedded ward where the Renal Unit is located.

Meal times
Meals will be served at your child’s bedside for:
- breakfast, at 8:30am
- dinner, at 12:30pm
- tea time, at 4:15pm
- supper, at 8:30pm
St. Michael's C Ward is on the 1st floor and has 9 beds, including 2 transplant cubicles. The Renal Unit in CHI at Temple Street is the national paediatric nephrology and transplantation department. It provides dialysis and kidney transplant to children under 16 years of age from all over the country. The unit also receives referrals for children who need extensive investigations and management of their varying renal conditions.
The ward also cares for children with diabetes who require admission for training and/or stabilisation of their condition.
