Multidisciplinary Team

PATCH clinic CHI at Crumlin:

The PATCH Clinic is a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery service for children who have sustained an injury or burn. We provide specialist review to ensure the best possible treatment and outcomes.

Children are referred by a doctor at the hospital where they first received treatment for their injury. We do not accept walk-in appointments.

All Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery referrals at Children's Health Ireland are managed by our Central Referrals Office*

Referrals from GPs and Secondary Care Paediatricians are accepted via Healthlink or by email at chireferrals.ly@childrenshealthireland.ie
